PRIVACY & COOKIES
This page explains the main categories of information AATL may process as the site, forms, newsletter and measurement systems are enabled.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact AATL, submit a creator or partnership inquiry, join a newsletter or use another interactive feature, the information you provide may be stored and used to respond to the request, operate the relevant workflow and maintain an appropriate record of the interaction.
Site and measurement data
AATL may use privacy-conscious site analytics, campaign attribution, affiliate tracking and similar measurement tools when those integrations are enabled. These systems may process information such as page paths, referral or campaign details, device/browser context, consent state and anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers. AATL does not need unnecessary personal information to measure ordinary site activity.
Cookies and consent
Essential cookies or storage may be used where needed for site operation and security. Optional analytics or advertising technologies should follow the site’s configured consent requirements and applicable regional rules. Browser privacy settings, blockers and provider restrictions can limit measurement.
Affiliate and commerce links
When you follow an affiliate, merchandise or other commerce link, AATL may record a privacy-safe click or placement reference before directing you to another service. The destination merchant, affiliate network, storefront or checkout provider then applies its own privacy practices.
Third-party and embedded content
Pages may embed or link to services operated by others, including creator platforms such as YouTube. Interacting with those services can result in data processing by the third party under its own terms and privacy practices.
Data minimization and access
Coffee X Media aims to keep personal and sensitive information restricted to the systems and people that need it for legitimate operational purposes. Creator contact details and other backend-only information are not intended for public display.
Questions or privacy requests
For privacy questions or requests concerning information you have provided to AATL, use the Contact page and choose Privacy request. The request is routed internally without displaying an inbox address.
Prelaunch note: optional AATL analytics and advertising tags remain disabled while the staging site is being prepared. This disclosure will be reviewed against the actual enabled production stack before public launch.
